Heavy Cat Multimedia Ltd. owns and operates LadyStar™ Jessica Hoshi and the Ajan Warriors (www.ladystar.net), LadyStar™ The Fury of the Venom Legion (www.ladystar.net/venomlegion), the Palace in the Sky™ Web Comic Network (www.palaceinthesky.com), The Heavy Cat Web (www.heavycatweb.net) and Heavy Cat Studios (http://ladystar.net/ajanwarriors/about-ladystar/), which are collectively the "Heavy Cat Multimedia Web Properties."

Agreement

Please read these Terms of Service carefully. If you do not agree fully with these Terms of Service, please do not use the Heavy Cat Multimedia Web Properties. Heavy Cat Multimedia Ltd. reserves the right to deny access to the Heavy Cat Multimedia Web Properties to anyone we believe has violated these Terms of Service. The Heavy Cat Multimedia Web Properties are a service of Heavy Cat Multimedia Ltd., and the sites are controlled and operated by Heavy Cat Multimedia Ltd. Materials Transmitted to Heavy Cat Multimedia Web Properties

Any data, including, but not necessarily limited to, messages, e-mail, guestbook signatures, form responses, survey responses, technical support requests, poll responses, donations, payments, graphics, illustrations, music, concepts, ideas or suggestions, or any and all other materials (the materials) sent to Heavy Cat Multimedia Ltd. and/or any Heavy Cat Multimedia Web Property, via any electronic means, including, but not necessarily limited to, guestbook, e-mail, message board, poll, or by any other means, once sent, becomes the property of Heavy Cat Multimedia Ltd. Heavy Cat Multimedia Ltd. shall have the universal, perpetual, assignable right, subject to our policies, to use any such materials for any type of use, or for any promotional or advertising purposes.

No Warranty

The materials on the Heavy Cat Multimedia Web Properties are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind either express or implied. Heavy Cat Multimedia Ltd. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, other than those warranties which, under the laws applicable to this agreement, are implied by law and are incapable of exclusion, restriction, or modificiation. Neither Heavy Cat Multimedia Ltd., nor its affiliated or related entities, nor any person or company involved in the creation, production, and distribution of the Heavy Cat Multimedia Web Properties warrant that the functions contained in the site will be error-free, that errors will or will not be corrected, or that the Heavy Cat Multimedia Web Properties or the server or servers that make them available are free of viruses or other harmful components. The material on the Heavy Cat Multimedia Web Properties is provided solely for entertainment, educational, journalistic or promotional purposes.

Jurisdiction

Materials on the Heavy Cat Multimedia Web Properties, unless otherwise specified, are presented for entertainment and promotional purposes in the United States, and its various other territories, and those areas to which Heavy Cat Multimedia Ltd. licenses distribution of its products or services and other materials or merchandise. Linked Sites are provided for your convenience only, and you access Linked Sites at your own risk. Heavy Cat Multimedia Ltd., its affiliated or related entities, or any of their respective owners, employees, consultants, agents, affiliated persons or companies, or any person or entity involved in the creation, production, and distribution of the Heavy Cat Multimedia Web Properties, are not responsible in any way for the content of any Linked Site, whether Heavy Cat Multimedia Ltd., or any affiliated person, company or entity, is affiliated with the sponsors of the Linked Sites.
